Striker Sadam Sulley is coming to strenghten our attack
Another boost to the offensive is the Ghanaian striker Sadam Sulley, who comes from the Legia Warsaw.
He has spent two seasons in Slovakia, now he will add a third in FK Senica. Sadam Sulley, who used to wear jersey of MFK Zemplín Michalovce in the past comes to our team from Legia Warsaw. He agreed with the management of our club on a 2-year contract. Only 22-year-old Ghanaian striker will wear a number 9 jersey in our club.
"This day I would like to thank God, it is a great feeling to sign a contract with a club like Senica. I know the club from my two-year loan in Slovakia. I am very happy that I am finally here," the high striker said at the beginning. He wear the jersey of MFK Zemplín Michalovce for the first time in the 2017/18 season, he managed to scored his first goal in Fortuna league against our team in September 2017, the match that we lost 2:1.
“I have very good memories of Senica, as I played several games against this team, where I managed to score a few goals (smile). Now I´m going to dress this club´s jersey so it´s time for me to pay back Senica´s trust," the former player of Legia Warsaw said with a smile. Despite the fact that he spent the last seasons in our league, the decision was not easy: "Honestly, it wasn´t a simple decision for me Although I know this club, i speak a lot with the president and I had to think about everything with my family and we all agreed that Senica would be the best club for me."
The Ghanaian striker scored six goals in all the competitive matches last season. He also scored at the end of November at our stadium, where his former club won and 4:2. He will want to follow up on similar performances in our colors. “I came here to help the team for a good season. I believe we will be able to compete in European competitions. This club has a very young talented team. As for the fans, I believe that with their goals I will get to my side. I´ll do everything in my power to be happy every single game. It won´t work without their support at the stage," said Sadam Sulley.
